Frequently Asked Questions

How long does delivery take? Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days. Next day delivery should take 1 working day, however if ordered after 1pm it will be the day after that. This make differ during holidays. 

How do I check my ring size? To check your ring size, check our ring size guide which is available on the footer of our website. The ring size guide is also present on the images of each ring.

Can I customise Jewellery? At the moment, we have 3 different styles of necklaces which can be customised. These have a processing time of 3-5 weeks. 

Will my jewellery change colour? The way in which jewellery fades depends on the material used. All products which are stated to be made of stainless steel will not rust. 

How do I look after my jewellery? In order to ensure jewellery is long lasting, keep jewellery dry and away from chemicals and perfumes. Ideally refrain from wearing in the shower. See jewellery care guide  

 
I’ve damaged my jewellery, can I get a replacement?  If jewellery is damaged within 2 weeks of purchase, it can be replaced. With the correct care then jewellery should refrain from damage. All items are checked before sent off, and of good quality.
